2025 Audi RS Q8 SUVS, Redesign, Price, and Specs. Coupe crossovers became very popular in the past several years and the company’s from Ingolstadt follows this trend too. The 2025 Audi Q8 will represent the second production year, so we would normally expect no bigger changes. Audi prepares on interesting novelty for the next year. Considering that the current version comes with only one engine in the offer, the next year is about to bring us novelties under the hood. We are about to see a hi-performance version of this crossover, of course, under the famous RS badge. Expect to see the version sometime in the second half of the year.

2025 Audi Q8 Engines

The current models come with just one engine in the offer and it is quite unimpressive. It is a familiar 3.0-liter V6 gasoline engine, which comes with a mild hybrid system for a total output of around 335 horsepower. Such amount of power is enough for a comfortable ride. You can’t count on some quick accelerations, which would be okay if this engine can deliver some decent mpg ratings. Even a mild-hybrid setup doesn’t help. So, you can count on unsatisfying 17 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway. Most mid-size crossovers offer better fuel economy.

2025 Audi RS Q8 Exterior

The company wants to make things better and offer an engine that would move this sporty-looking crossover much faster. The 2025 Audi Q8 RS will come with a familiar 4.0-liter V8, which will be tuned to somewhere between 550 and 600 horsepower.

2025 Audi Q8 Redesign

In terms of the base design characteristics, the 2025 Audi Q8 definitely won’t feature any important change. It will represent the second production year of the first generation. As we already mentioned, this model is heavily based on the more familiar Q7. It rides on the same MLB platform and features pretty much same mechanics. On the other side, the overall shape is different. This model comes in a typical coupe-crossover layout, something that is very popular these days. You can count on a familiar front end, but also on the rear end that comes with a sloping roofline and hatch-like tailgate.

When it comes to the new RS version, we expect to see a lot of modifications. The testing model has been spotted and it wears a lot of camouflage. Typically for performances versions, it will come with a completely new body kit, with more aggressive bumpers, side skirts, and other parts. Of course, count on bigger wheels and several more distinctive styling details. Of course, the 2025 Audi Q8 RS will also come with a fine number of mechanical upgrades. Besides a new engine, we also count on modifications on the chassis, suspension, new brakes, and similar things.

2025 Audi Q8 Interior

On the inside, the Q8 is a big departure from the rest of the lineup. It comes with a dashboard design that represents the company’s new approach, which will be used in other future models as well. The first thing you’ll notice is a new center stack, which comes with two large touchscreens this time. Pretty much all controls have been digitalized and the whole dashboard takes a little bit of a learning curve. However, once you get familiar with all controls, things become quite easy and smooth. To screens at center stack, it also comes with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, better known as the Audi Virtual Cockpit.

On the other side, the overall quality is unquestionable and we don’t expect to see any change for the next year. The whole cabin is made of top-grade materials and there are too many competitors in the class that can match its luxury. When it comes to seating, this crossover comes with two comfortable rows. Front seats are massive and really supportive. Of course, there is plenty of legroom as well, though the headroom area in back seats is quite modest, due to body style.

These types of body styles aren’t too much practical, so don’t count on some spectacular cargo volume. This model offers around 27 cubic feet behind rear seats and almost 60 cubic feet of overall cargo space. This is more compared to the biggest rival, BMW X6.

2025 Audi Q8 Release Date and Price

Considering the new performance version, the 2025 Audi Q8 could come a little bit earlier than usual. This would probably mean sometime in the third quarter of the year. The base price of 67.500 dollars definitely won’t changes too much, though we are still waiting to see how much the new RS version will cost.
