This engine is the biggest displacement variation of UR household created for usage in heavy Toyota's cars and trucks (Tundra, Sequoia, Land Cruiser, and Lexus LX570 designs). The 3UR-FE engine became an ideal replacement for the 4.7-liter 2UZ-FE.
